Building material is any material which is used for a construction purpose. We are required to construct our choice of shapes using the listed materials to explore and understanding building making in relation to the materials, design considerations of materials according to their properties and to understand how to intrinsic forms, limitations and boundaries of a material factor in a design process. The task of this project is to design and build any basic shape of your choice in an imaginary volume of 12"x12"x12" space using solid and transparent materials. The shapes and materials I've chosen for this assignment are using cube shape and hard plastic sheet, wire mesh, and balsa wood as my model's shape and materials. Beside that, we are also required to draw a 1:50 scale plan, section, elevation, and a draft storyline on a A2 presentation board.
